Job Description: The landscape maintenance laborer is responsible for working as a team member under the direct supervision of the maintenance supervisor and Crew Leader. The landscape maintenance laborer is responsible for completing maintenance on properties efficiently and with the highest quality. Provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Work independently and as a team to properly care for the properties which range from residential, commercial, apartments, and HOA’s.
- Always represent the company’s best interest by maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Trim, hedge, edge, and mow. Also blow, rake, and dump debris.
- Understand and meet production and schedule deadlines without sacrificing great customer service or excellent quality.

Job Description: The irrigation repair technician is responsible for working as a team member under the direct supervision of the general manager. The irrigation technician is responsible for completing irrigation repairs and installations on properties efficiently and with the highest quality. Provide excellent customer service.

- Ordering parts from Irrigation supplier and putting them on will call
- Ordering parts from Irrigation suppliers for future projects
- Learning how to find out how to use things if you do not know how to and find ways to get the information to do it.
- Good communication skills and writing English
- Explain stuff to the customers on what you did and how it works
- Inspecting and loading equipment for the day’s work.
- Driving to the client’s location
- Testing the soil and vegetation to determine irrigation needs.
- Mapping out areas for irrigation installation.
- Digging trenches and installing pipes and lines.
- Installing electrical timers.
- Testing the irrigation system.
- Conducting routine maintenance checks
- Troubleshooting and replacing faulty parts.
- Completing progress reports and associated paperwork
Requirements:
- installing and repairing large (2″ to 6″) PVC supply lines
- Diagnosing and repairing multi-zone, multi-program irrigation system malfunctions
- Designing and installing multi-zone irrigation systems
- Operating trenchers, tractors, loaders, and skid-steers
- Keeping records such as cost tracking or work orders.

Job Description: The “Landscape Maintenance Foreperson” must be proficient in performing complex tasks of landscape maintenance, irrigation repair and analysis, advanced pruning and trimming skills, and demonstrate the ability to work within the quality and performance guidelines as established by the company. This position also is responsible for field-level management of crews on individual projects.

- Demonstrate knowledge of proper fertilization and pest control techniques.
- Demonstrate ability to effectively manage irrigation systems.
- Demonstrate ability to analyze and complete irrigation repairs including mainline and lateral line repair, sprinkler head replacement and adjustment, control valve wiring and repair, and controller troubleshooting and programming.
Requirements:
- Education – High School diploma or GED certificate.
- Fulfill all requirements of the “Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader” position.
- Maintain the physical fitness level necessary to complete assigned job tasks.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Able to speak, read, and write in English.
- Able to communicate in Spanish, preferably bi-lingual English/Spanish.
- Be able to manage, supervise, encourage advancement, and discipline assigned crewmembers.
- Demonstrate ability to train and schedule work for others on the job site.
- Supervise daily truck and trailer set up in order to facilitate the day’s work.
- Familiar with company manual and policies contained and set forth, including safety guidelines/standards.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage and supervise assigned crewmembers.
- Ability to complete daily worksheets in an organized and efficient manner.
- Maintain equipment in good operating condition.
- Able to train field staff in the application of chemicals.
- Manage assigned projects practicing effective and efficient water management.
- Demonstrate ability to recognize and complete repair of irrigation deficiencies.
- Must have a valid California driver’s license and be insurable by company insurance carriers.
- Possess CLT – landscape maintenance.
- Continuing education requirement: minimum 12 hrs./year.
